The Blue Mountain School District covers the Boroughs of Auburn, Cressona, Deer Lake, New Ringgold and Orwigsburg and East Brunswick Township, North Manheim Township and West Brunswick Township in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The district encompasses approximately 125 square miles. According to 2000 federal census data, it serves a resident population of 19,436.
