President Trump announced Thursday that the Environmental Protection Agency will no longer regulate greenhouse gases emitted from cars, trucks and power plants, rescinding the legal finding it used for nearly two decades to advance a climate change agenda.

Senate Democrats blocked a Department of Homeland Security funding bill on Thursday, saying they will not give immigration enforcement agencies another penny without an overhaul of the methods agents are using to carry out the administration’s deportation agenda.
