Detectives have identified a suspect in connection with the carjacking incident that took place in the Tyson’s Corner area on Saturday, Nov. 19. Police obtained an arrest warrant on Monday, Nov. 21, for Stephanie Lynn Schwab, 26, of the Manassas area for the charge of carjacking.
