She has been a frequent broadcast commentator on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, C-SPAN, Voice of America, Citadel Broadcasting, Talk Radio Network and other news organizations. Born in Elizabeth, N.J., Ms. Harper grew up in Texas and arrived in Washington in time for Watergate -- and has been tracking the political and media landscape ever since.

She is an active member of the American Federation of TV Radio Artists and Screen Actors Guild. She has won 14 journalism awards during her years at The Washington Times.

And so it begins: First 2024 GOP presidential debate announced

Here we go. The countdown is on for the 2024 presidential campaign. Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel has the first bit of significant news, revealing Wednesday that Fox News will host the first Republican presidential primary debate. South Carolina lawmakers trying to save Parris Island

It's been almost a year since the U.S. Marine Corps revealed there was a chance that Parris Island Training Depot could be moved from its longtime home in South Carolina due to the potential threat of extreme weather, rising temperatures and increasing effects of climate change. Local residents are not happy about the idea of losing their Marines. South Carolina Gov. Forbes’ ‘Billionaires List’ comes out — a bit slimmer than last year

Could one of the most elite populations on the planet be losing members? It looks like that way, according to Forbes' annual "World Billionaires List," which was released Tuesday. "Globally, we counted 2,640 ten-figure fortunes, down from 2,668 last year.
