Ed Brown Compact is based on the compact (Officer's) size frame, with a Commander length (4.25" slide) for maximum reliability and concealability with a shorter frame. While smaller on the outside, it's still a workhorse on the inside, using 100% fully-machined premium components, and hand-fitted to the forged frame and slide. The front strap and mainspring housing are tastefully checkered at 25 LPI to give a secure grip. Seven round magazine capacity, 4.25 inch barrel and weighs 37 ounces. Hegseth joins veterans, generals to mark 80th anniversary of battle of Iwo Jima
A handful of retired Marines – all in the late 90s or over 100 — joined Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Japan’s Prime Minister Takeru Ishida on Saturday to mark the anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles of World War II in the Pacific that ended 80 years ago this week.
