Pop singer Britney Spears has sold the rights to her entire music catalog to music publisher Primary Wave, according to multiple news sources.

The deal, which was finalized Dec. 30, transfers her ownership share of the songs to the company, though the exact financial payment was not disclosed. The amount was said to range near Justin Bieber’s catalog of $200 million, Rolling Stone reports.

The deal allows Ms. Spears to monetize her work, including “…(Hit Me Baby) One More Time” and “Oops! … I Did It Again,” without administrative control. It reportedly does not include use of her image or likeness.

Ms. Spears has not released an album since 2016 but has worked on projects with other performers such as Elton John in 2022 and The Black-Eyed Peas’ will.i.am’s “Mind Your Business” in 2023.
