But did you know that our muscles and kidneys are about 75 percent water? Lungs about 83 percent Brain cells about 85 percent? And even our bones are approximately 30 percent. That probably explains why we just feel better when we are drinking enough of it, everyday.

With spring temperatures warming up, you may find yourself among the estimated 50 million people throughout our nation afflicted with puffy, itchy eyes; a scratchy throat; sneezing and coughing; or even shortness of breath.
