Quadruple amputee U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Travis Mills is interviewed at by a member of the media as a documentary, "Travis: a Soldier's Story" about his life after being wounded, is screened in the Capitol Visitors Center at the U.S. Capitol Building, Washington, D.C., Monday, Nov. 18, 2013. Mills is one of just five quadruple-amputees from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to survive their injuries.
