EMBARGO UNTIL 5 PM, APRIL 2, 2014- In this photo taken on May 28, 2013, and released available by Mote Marine Laboratory in Sarasota, Fla., shows a scientist placing nose plugs on a blacktip shark. Scientists at the University of South Florida, Mote Marine Laboratory and Boston University are trying to better understand how sharks use all of their senses when hunting for prey. In a study released Wednesday, April 2, 2014, the researchers used eye coverings, nose plugs to block smell, and insulating materials to cover the electrosensory pores on their snouts. They took high-speed video of the impaired sharks and found that when a shark's sense is blocked, some can adapt in order to still find and kill their prey. FILE - This June 22, 2012 file photo shows a Tesla Model S driving outside the Tesla factory in Fremont, Calif. Electric-car company Tesla Motors has filed notice it intends to sue New Jersey over a ruling that would stop it from selling its vehicles in the state within two weeks. Palo Alto, Calif.-based Tesla claims it was unfairly targeted in March 2014 when the state Motor Vehicle Commission amended its regulations. The regulations require new-car dealers to have franchise agreements before they can be licensed. That prohibits companies from using a direct-sales model as Tesla does. (AP Photo/Paul Sakuma, File)
