Starrett City (informally and colloquially known as the Spring Creek Towers) is a housing development in the Spring Creek (East New York) section of Brooklyn, New York City. It opened in 1974, and assumed the name of Spring Creek Towers in 2002, though it is still popularly known as Starrett City. The neighborhood is part of Brooklyn Community Board 5.
