ASSOCIATED PRESS Dallas forward Dirk Nowitzki made an NBA playoff-record 24 consecutive free throws in a 121-112 win over Oklahoma City in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals Tuesday. His 48 points were the most this postseason. Durant scored 40 points in the opener, but was overshadowed by Nowitzki and was held back by Westbrook's woes.
