It serves students in grades 6 through 12. It had 320 students enrolled in the 2007-08 school year. Approximately 94% of the students then enrolled at Roberto Clemente Charter School were Hispanic. In 2013, the school reported an enrollment of 308 pupils in grades 6th through 12th. Additionally, 92% of the pupils were eligible for a federal free or reduced-price lunch due to the family meeting the federal poverty level.
