Maryland State Police investigate a police traffic stop that ended in a fatal shooting, Monday, Feb. 3, 2014 in Salisbury, Md. Maryland State Police are identifying a Delaware man fatally shot during a traffic stop. Police say Wilmington police contacted Maryland authorities for help finding 25-year-old James Norris, who was wanted on handgun charges.
