Kost, 18, is accused of being a serial sex predator who allegedly targeted fellow high school students has been re-arrested. Officials say sheriff's detectives arrested Kost on Thursday, May 1, 2014, on new allegations that include additional cases reported after his initial arrest. Sheriff Paul Babeu says there are 18 reported victims so far and that other cases may remain unreported.
