More than 2.7 million vaccinations have been administered in Oklahoma, and more than 1.5 million people (50.5% of the population) have received at least one dose, Reed said.

“They have identified 15 cases of the occurrence among nearly 8 million total doses administered," Reed said in a statement. “The vaccine has been authorized to resume administration with the addition of a warning label explaining the potential for rare side effects."
