HALEY JOEL OSMENT - the actor was charged with drunk driving and marijuana possession after he crashed his car while returning home from a concert in Los Angeles in 2006. The 18-year-old Osment, suffered minor injuries in the accident and was briefly hospitalized. Osment was released from custody after posting a $15,000 bond.

NICHOLA CAGE - was arrested by New Orleans police in 2011 on domestic abuse and disturbing the peace charges. The Academy Award winning actor was collared after he allegedly got into a confrontation with his wife. Cage was briefly jailed before posting bond to secure his release from the lockup of the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office.

MICKEY ROURKE - the actor was arrested by Miami Beach police in November, 2007 and charged with driving under the influence. According to cops, Rourke was seen making an illegal U-turn on his Vespa scooter and then weaving across the road. Once stopped, police noted that Rourke had bloodshot eyes and smelled of booze. He also didn't perform well on a series of sobriety tests. Rourke, 55, was then transported to the Miami-Dade County jail where he posed for the above mug shot and was held on $1000 bond.

RIP TORN - the actor was arrested in December, 2006 in Westchester, NY and charged with drunk driving after his car collided with a tractor-trailer as he attempted to make a turn. When state police arrived at the scene, the 75-year-old actor refused a breathalyzer test before being taken to a Somers police station to be booked.

WOODY HARRELSON - the actor was arrested by Columbus, Ohio police in October 1982 and charged with disturbing the peace. Harrelson, 21 at the time, avoided jail time by paying a fine.

The Associated Press and other media outlets are urging a judge to grant access to police videos made shortly after singer Justin Bieber’s arrest in January. The news organizations said in a motion filed Tuesday, Feb. 18, in Miami-Dade County court that the 19-year-old pop singer has no legal basis to prevent their release. Nine videos were made at the Miami Beach police station after Bieber was booked Jan. 23. One was previously released.
