SC governor signs abortion ban; Planned Parenthood sues

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster signed Thursday legislation banning most abortions after a fetal heartbeat can be detected, prompting an immediate legal challenge from Planned Parenthood. Published February 18, 2021
