OPINION:
The Democrats would have slammed any vice presidential choice of former President Donald Trump (“VP Kamala Harris slams Sen. J.D. Vance as ’rubber stamp’ for Trump,” web, July 17).
Those who want to fix our out-of-control crime, stop the terrorists and criminals from crossing our open border, and end censorship, suppression of free speech and soaring consumer prices — just to name a few things — are viewed as “out-of-touch” extremists by real radicals, the far left.
The Democratic Party no longer represents real, everyday people. And I am looking forward to a landslide victory for Mr. Trump and Mr. Vance in November. But in the meantime, Vice President Kamala Harris is the “rubber stamp,” nothing more than a diversity, equity and inclusion choice for vice president. She brings nothing to the table but the color of her skin.
