SWANTON, Vt. (AP) - A Richford man has died in a car crash in Swanton, Vermont State Police said.
Tony Boylan, 30, was killed when the car he was driving went off Lakewood Drive, into a ditch and hit several large rocks piled around a culvert around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, police said.
Alcohol and failure to wear a seat belt appear to be contributing factors in the crash, which is under investigation, police said.
