GIBBON, Neb. (AP) - The Nebraska State Patrol says three people died in a crash on Interstate 80.
The patrol says the crash Friday afternoon near the Gibbon exit involved five passenger vehicles and three semi-tractor trailers.
Several other people were injured but none of their injuries were considered life threatening.
The names of those killed and other information has not been released.
The crash snarled eastbound traffic on the interstate for several hours Friday.
