LONG LAKE, N.Y. (AP) - State police say a 30-year-old man has died of injuries caused by an all-terrain vehicle crash in the Adirondacks.

Troopers say Logan Carpenter of Fort Edward was riding his ATV on Minerva Club Road in Long Lake Saturday morning when he hit a rock, crashed and was thrown from the vehicle. Police say he wasn’t wearing a helmet.

He was flown to a hospital in Burlington, Vermont in critical condition with a head injury. Police say he died on Monday.
