Police: Arrest made after threat against NH hospital

LEBANON, N.H. (AP) - Authorities say they have a suspect in custody in connection with a threat against Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

Law enforcement officials say the arrest was made Friday following a threat against the hospital’s security team.

A hospital spokeswoman said security has been stepped up to ensure safety of patients, staff and visitors. She said the situation will have “minimal if any” impact on operations.
