ST. CHARLES, Mo. (AP) - A suburban St. Louis man is accused of using a cellphone attached to his shoe to shoot video under the skirts of women at stores in a mall.

KTVI-TV reports that 33-year-old Charles Shoults II of St. Peters, Missouri, is charged with five felony counts of invasion of privacy. St. Charles County prosecutor Tim Lohmar says there are six known victims, but authorities believe there are others.

An investigation began after two women trying on clothes at Mid Rivers Mall reported seeing a shoe with a cellphone camera pointed up at them. The women yelled and the man ran away.

Court documents say Shoults tied his phone under his shoelaces to take video, sometimes when he followed women in stores, other times while victims were in dressing rooms.
