NEW YORK (AP) - Police took a man into custody after a shooting at a Brooklyn apartment that left the victim hospitalized in critical condition.
Officers responding to a 911 call around 2:45 Monday found the victim, a 45-year-old man, in front of 185 Greenpoint Ave. with a gunshot wound to his head.
They took a 51-year-old man who also lives at the three-story residence into custody, and also recovered two guns at the scene.
No identifications of either the suspect or the victim have been released. Police said charges were pending.
