FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Police investigators are trying to piece together the events surrounding a shooting in Fargo.
Authorities say one person suffered a gunshot wound to the face and was taken to the hospital Wednesday morning. KFGO (https://bit.ly/2oxQncD ) reports it all began when police got a call about 2:30 a.m. about multiple gunshots, perhaps as many as eight. Responding officers encountered a speeding vehicle and pulled it over. Three people were in the car, including the man who was shot.
The female driver and a male passenger have been detained for questioning. Deputy Police Chief Joe Anderson says the victim is not cooperating with police.
Police say investigators recovered bullet casings in the street outside apartments in the neighborhood.
