Skip Bayless is one of the most polarizing figures in sports media today. The Fox Sports One host is often criticized for his opinions, which he rants about on television every morning.

Bayless certainly has his fair share of critics, and one of them is former NBA All-Star and current TNT analyst Charles Barkley.

Barkley appeared on “The “Dan Patrick Show” Thursday and was not afraid to express his dislike for Bayless.

“You know what we should do for ratings?” Barkley said. “If I get a disease and I’m going to die, how about you get Skip Bayless in here, and I’ll kill him live on national television.”

The Hall of Famer reiterated that he would only do this if he was going to die, “Because like [former NBA player Rick] Mahorn says, ’They would love you in prison.’”

Bayless is the host of “Skip and Shannon: Undisputed” on Fox Sports One but is best known for his role on “First Take” on ESPN, which he left in April.
