GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Glendale police say two men are dead after a motorcycle driven by one of the men struck the other man as he crossed a street.

Police identified the motorcyclist killed in the Thursday night crash as 20-year-old Dustin Scherr and the dead pedestrian as 52-year-old Philip Wilson.

According to police, speed is believed to be a contributing factor in causing the crash and that possible impairment is being investigated.



The crash occurred near North 59th Avenue and West Bethany Home Road.
