DENVER (AP) - No charges will be filed against a driver who crashed into a store southeast of Denver, fatally injuring a 12-year-old girl.
Parker police spokesman Josh Hans says the driver suffered a medical condition that caused her to crash her vehicle into RNK Running & Walking on April 29. Rylie Guentensberger, who was one of seven people injured, died at a hospital May 26.

Rylie’s mother, Meghann Guentensberger said Tuesday, “The driver is human as are we. Rylie had strong faith. She would not fault anyone.”
