LOS ANGELES (AP) - Two people have been rescued after a 40-foot boat caught fire in Los Angeles harbor.

Fire Department spokeswoman Amy Bastman says the vessel was reported ablaze near the port entrance at 9:21 a.m. Friday.

A fire boat crew knocked down the flames in 25 minutes and the rescued victims were brought to shore.
