Police say woman shot to death in Tulsa, suspect sought

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Police in Tulsa say one woman has been shot to death and a second woman is being sought as the suspect in the case.

Sgt. Dave Walker says officers responding to a reported shooting on Sunday on the city’s north side found 31-year-old Jade Jones with a gunshot wound.

Walker says Jones, who was also known as Jade Thomas, was taken to a hospital where she later died.

Walker says a 24-year-old woman has been identified as the suspect in the shooting, but has not been arrested.
