SOLEBURY, Pa. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a Philadelphia man who drowned while swimming in the Delaware River near a state park north of the city.
Solebury Township police say 27-year-old Marin Lemus Nolasco was apparently overcome by the river currents while swimming Tuesday about 1:15 p.m. near Washington Crossing Park. That’s about 40 miles (64.4 kilometers) northeast of Philadelphia.
Crews recovered Nolasco’s body about 90 minutes after he was last seen.
