LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas authorities say they have arrested one person after they crashed into a fence at McCarren Airport in a stolen vehicle.
Police say the incident occurred late Saturday. According to Metro police spokesman, the person tried to leave the scene on foot and ran across the tarmac and runway.
KSNV reports the crashed caused one runway to close. Minor injuries were also reported.
Police are investigating the crash. It is unknown whether the driver was impaired.
