Pickup crashes into back of Davenport school bus

DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) - No students were injured when the Davenport school bus they were on was rear-ended by a pickup truck.

Davenport television station KWQC reports (https://bit.ly/2t16gyQ ) that a dozen students were riding on the bus when the crash happened around noon Tuesday.

Fire officials say the students on the bus were part of a summer school program in the Davenport School District.

One person in the truck was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
