HERMITAGE, Tenn. (AP) - A man is accused of leaving the scene of a crash that killed one person and injured two others in Tennessee.
Metro Nashville Police say in a statement that 28-year-old Zachary Joseph Price was arrested Sunday and charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication, vehicular assault and leaving the scene of a fatal crash.
Police say that around 1 p.m. Sunday, 60-year-old Robert Jordan Jr. and a 67-year-old Hendersonville man were riding motorcycles on a Hermitage road. Price allegedly drifted into their lane, crashing head-on into Jordan and hitting the Hendersonville man.
Jordan died at the scene. The Hendersonville man and a passenger in Price’s car suffered injuries.
Price allegedly left his car and fled the scene. It’s unclear if he has an attorney.
