BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore police have arrested a man they say raped a paralyzed nursing home resident.
The department said in a news release that a man walked into the 43-year-old patient’s room on Jan. 1, threatened her and raped her.
Police say on Thursday, they arrested 61-year-old Donald Stanton of Baltimore. He is charged with rape and other offenses. Stanton is being held without bail.
Online court records do not list a lawyer for Stanton.
