DOVER, Del. (AP) - Police have arrested two suspects and are searching for a third in connection with two armed robberies in Dover.

Dover police spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said in a statement that the first robbery happened early Sunday morning when four suspects approached a group of people sitting outside an apartment building. One of the suspects had a handgun and they stole money and an ID.

The second incident took place about 12 hours later, when three suspects robbed two victims with a revolver and fled in a red SUV.

The statement says the SUV was later spotted at a mall. A passenger inside was arrested after a short chase. Police obtained a warrant for the driver, who is at large.

Another man who police say was the owner of the SUV was later arrested.
