SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Syracuse say they’re looking for the rider of a motorcycle who fled from the scene of a collision that claimed the life of a man riding a bicycle.

Officers say they responded Tuesday night to reports of a collision involving a dirt bike and a bicycle. When they arrived they found a man who was unconscious and suffering from multiple injuries.

He was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he died from his injuries. Police have identified him as a 24-year-old man but are withholding his name.



The dirt bike rider fled the scene. Police say that person likely suffered substantial injuries.
