RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Police in North Carolina’s capital city are investigating a pair of shootings that killed two people and injured two others.
Raleigh police said in a news release the first shooting was reported around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police spokeswoman Laura Hourigan said 21-year-old Taheem Ivory Lassiter died at a Raleigh hospital.
Hourigan said officers were called around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday and found three people who had been shot. Twenty-seven-year-old Juan Romero Reyes died at a Raleigh hospital. The other two were being treated for their injuries. Their names have not been released.
No arrests have been reported in either shooting.
