LANSING, Mich. (AP) - The state of Michigan has scheduled 92 foreclosed properties in four Michigan counties to go to auction.

Registration for the auction and bidding will start Wednesday morning at the Ramada Lansing Hotel & Conference Center in Lansing.

State Treasury officials say the parcels in Branch, Clinton, Livingston and Shiawassee counties have been foreclosed due to delinquent property taxes. The properties may be vacant residential or commercial lots. Some may have occupied or abandoned structures on them.

Potential bidders assume the responsibility of researching properties with the municipalities where the parcels are located.
