BOSTON (AP) - The price of gasoline is holding steady in Massachusetts after rising for a couple of weeks.
The latest weekly survey by AAA Northeast finds the average price for self-serve regular is $2.13 per gallon, the same as a week ago.
Massachusetts remains eleven cents below the U.S. average of $2.24 per gallon.
The average price had climbed 5 cents over the previous two weeks in the Bay State.
According to AAA, gasoline was selling for an average of $2.09 per gallon in Massachusetts a year ago at this time.
