Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey will have a new place to park his Lincoln come this fall: a faculty parking lot at the University of Texas.

The Lone Star native returns to his alma mater to teach the once-a-week class, the San Antonio Chronicle reported Thursday.

Mr. McConaughey will incorporate a “behind the scenes” look at his latest motion picture “The Free State of Jones,” the San Antonio Chronicle noted, citing Lauren Phillips, a public affairs representative at the university’s college of communication.

Only 30 lucky upperclassmen will be able to take the once-a-week course to be co-taught by “Hunger Games” director Gary Ross and Scott Rice, a UT-Austin lecturer with an extensive background in filmmaking and television-commercial directing.
