ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - Arlington police are investigating the cellphone records of two drivers involved in traffic collision in which a baby in a stroller was hit and killed.

Police spokeswoman Cheryel Carpenter told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram (https://bit.ly/1iG2iv1 ) that investigators are also working with traffic engineers to examine the lights at the intersection to determine if the vehicles involved in Thursday’s accident - a southbound Toyota pickup and a northbound Chrysler trying to turn left - had the green light.

Police say that after the vehicles collided, the pickup hit a 28-year-old pedestrian and his 7-month old son. The Tarrant County medical examiner says the baby was pronounced dead at the scene.
