METAIRIE, La. (AP) - The board of directors of Louisiana Bancorp Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend is payable May 29 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 13.
Louisiana Bancorp is the parent of Bank of New Orleans.
