SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Authorities say a fire that displaced residents of a Sioux Falls apartment building is suspicious.

No one was hurt in the blaze reported about 10:15 p.m. Monday. It took firefighters only about 15 minutes to knock down the flames, but smoke spread throughout the three-story building. The Red Cross set up an overnight shelter for residents.

Fire Capt. Troy Scandin says an arson investigator will be helping in the probe.
