GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - Three people who face burglary conspiracy charges in the stabbing death of a man at a farm house near Grand Forks late last year now also face murder charges.

Authorities allege that 33-year-old Ruben Cisneros was killed Nov. 17 by four people who broke into his home and demanded property belonging to his former girlfriend.

Murder and burglary conspiracy charges were filed earlier against 21-year-old Joe Saucedo. The three initially charged only with burglary conspiracy now also face murder charges. They are Thomas Begg, Vincent Gladue and Cisneros’ former girlfriend, Jennifer Blue.

The four were set to enter pleas either Friday or Monday.
