WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a dump truck that was plowing snow on Interstate 95 fell over, slighting injuring the driver.

It happened about 10:50 a.m. Monday in Wilmington. Troopers say 33-year-old Charles Purnell of Bear was clearing snow with the truck on the shoulder of I-95 when tires on the passenger side entered a ditch.

Police say Purnell lost control of the vehicle and hit the guardrail, causing the truck to fall onto the passenger side.

Purnell was treated and released at a local hospital. No citations were issued.
