DANVILLE, Ill. (AP) - Officials in Vermilion County have identified a man shot to death at a Danville bar.
The Commercial-News reports (https://bit.ly/1gzb3sX) that the Vermilion County coroner says 25-year-old Demaree D. Tetter of Danville died Sunday after the shooting. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
Danville Director of Public Safety Larry Thomason said police were called to a bar fight when they found Tetter and another man shot.
Both men were taken to a Danville hospital for treatment. Thomason said a 35-year-old man was sent to an Urbana hospital for more treatment. Thomason says that man’s injuries weren’t life threatening.
