ST. AUGUSTA, Minn. (AP) - A 6-year-old central Minnesota boy is hospitalized after he was struck by a car while crossing the road to his school bus.

The Stearns County sheriff’s office says the crash happened about 7:30 a.m. Monday in St. Augusta.

Authorities say the boy began to cross the county road to his school bus when he was struck by a Pontiac Bonneville.
