NEW YORK (AP) - Police say a 14-year-old girl was shot in the abdomen and her younger brother was being questioned.
The girl was listed in stable condition at a hospital.
Police say it happened at 2:25 a.m. Friday at the children’s home in Jamaica, Queens.
Police were talking to her 12-year-old brother. They say six other people were in the home at the time.
The gun was recovered.
