WOODBURY, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man has been arrested on charges of sexual contact with a juvenile female.
The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office says Ralph Russ was arrested on Tuesday.
The 62-year-old Woodbury resident is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated sexual contact.
He’s in custody on $100,000 bail. It’s not immediately clear if he has retained an attorney.
Prosecutors say the alleged contact happened Feb. 24.
